FRED
GWYNNE LIFE MASK
CAST
FROM THE FACE OF TV'S FUNNYMAN
FRED GWYNNE
(1926-1993) The gentle giant, he was a great straight actor, author and
artist . But I like him best as TV's Funnyman from the 60s. Do we ever
laugh outloud while watching TV like we did for Phil
Silvers Show, Car
54 or The Munsters.
That was Great stuff and the expressive rubber face and manner that sold
it was Fred Gwynne. He is truly a Giant! This cast is 13 inches tall.
This mask is enhanced
to create a very impressive display. The cast from Gwynne's face has sculpturally
added ears, hair and eyebrows. His hair is styled like that of Francis
Muldoon in Car 54 Where Are You.
The mask is cast in Tuf-Cal a fiber filled Gypsum cement with polymer additives.
This mask is
finished in Silver Screen Silver, then rubbed with an Antiquing overlay
to bring out the detail. It is then sealed to preserve it. The mask is
ready for hanging.
The mask is a
1 to 1 full scale cast . It is 11 inches by 7 1/4 inches.
